About Us

Carrie and Stan lapointe

PSA’s training structure reflects best practices in periodization, organizing weekly microcycles to balance physical development, technical skills, and tactical understanding. Sessions are sequenced to progressively build intensity midweek, with active recovery and aerobic conditioning early in the week, peak physical workloads in the middle, and a tapering of load leading up to match day. This model mirrors elite academy standards, supporting both short- and long-term player development and optimizing readiness for competition.
